Welcome to FlairPro Designs! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


1. Services Provided

FlairPro Designs offers website design, development, management, and marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom website design (informational and eCommerce)

  • Managed website plans

  • Paid advertising management

  • Website maintenance and updates


2. Payment Terms

a. Managed Plans (Ongoing Subscription Services)

  • All Managed Plans require timely monthly payments as agreed upon during enrollment.

  • Failure to make payments will result in temporary termination of service until the outstanding balance is rectified.

  • If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, access to the website and related services may be restricted.

  • Continued non-payment may result in permanent service termination, including website deactivation.

b. Build & Release Websites (One-Time Payment Websites)

  • Full payment is required upfront (after the build of the site but before launching it live) before the website is released and configured to the client’s hosting plan and domain (URL).

  • No website will be transferred, set live, or handed over until payment has been received in full.

  • Once the website is released, FlairPro Designs is no longer responsible for site maintenance unless the client enrolls in a Managed Plan.

c. Additional Services & Late Payments

  • Any extra work outside of the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or service delays.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary content, images, branding elements, and other requested materials in a timely manner to prevent project delays.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their website unless they are on a Managed Plan.

  • Any modifications or third-party integrations done after project completion are the client’s responsibility unless contracted with FlairPro Designs.


4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Payments made for website builds are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Managed Plans can be canceled at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

  • If a client cancels a Managed Plan, any included website hosting or services will be terminated immediately unless prior arrangements are made.


5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to their website’s design and content.

  • FlairPro Designs retains the right to use completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Any third-party licenses, themes, or software used in the website remain subject to their respective licensing terms.


6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • FlairPro Designs is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or damages resulting from website downtime, third-party hosting issues, or security breaches.

  • Clients are responsible for securing their own hosting, domains, and backups unless part of a Managed Plan.

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings or results from SEO and paid advertising efforts but will work diligently to optimize results.


7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
